You are welcome here, come as you are! This is a "join at anytime" men's group. If you are looking for a deeper connection with God, this group is for you. God desires that we overcome being ruled by our thoughts and feelings, which are highly influenced by our circumstances — family, work, health, or temptation. 2 Peter 1:3–4 tells us that we can actually do this! It comes from learning to respond to God's promises in His Word and through prayer. This is the purpose of The Promise Principle Men's Small Groups. Whether you’re still exploring faith in Christ, or you have been a Christian for many years, you’ll experience what we believe Jesus meant when He called His disciples to change the world by discovering and responding to His promises, truths, and commands. Welcome Home | Women’s Monday Night

Welcome Home is your first step at River Valley Church. You were created for a purpose, and we want to help you discover that purpose! You will build community, understand how God made you and dive deeper into your walk with Jesus. We can’t wait to meet you! This is a 4-week small group. Once Welcome Home is complete, we encourage you to find another small group where you can continue growing in your faith as you build friendships.

Alpha | Chaska Winter 2024

Alpha is a Core Group that unpacks what River Valley believes. It answers questions like: Who is Jesus?, How do I read the Bible?, and Does God heal today? Since we are not yet in our building, this group will meet in our home. The format is simple: We share a meal around a table (we will provide), listen to a talk on the week’s topic, and then have discussion together over dessert! Alpha will meet every Tuesday Starting February 6. There will be one Saturday retreat on the Holy Spirit in the middle (date and location to be announced). Alpha is a great course to solidify what you believe, and form friendships with fellow believers who will walk through the ups and downs of life together. This is a new community starting from scratch, and we want you to be a part of building it with us! All are welcome.
