REGISTRATION FULL l This team of medical professionals will be partnering with the Jungle Hospital in Honduras, one of our Kingdom Builders partners. The team is designed for adults who are trained medical professionals (physicians, nurses, dentists, etc.) or can serve as a Spanish speaking interpreter. Please note, this is a medical team and approval of your application is upon the review that your skill set is still needed for this team. It is first come first serve. ==PASSPORT==
Passports must not expire within 7 months of return date and must include 3 blank visa pages, not amendment pages. Please send a colored copy of your passport to rachel.schumacher@rivervalley.org. If you do not have a passport, please send confirmation of an ordered passport or confirmation that you have a passport appointment. This will be due within one week of your application being approved.
==REGISTRATION==
Opens at 12noon on Monday, September 16 and closes Monday, October 7; Registration for the team is on a first come, first served basis; To reserve your spot, please submit the online application and deposit.
==COST==
Trip Cost Total: $3,150 (ESTIMATED COST UNTIL AIRFARE IS PURCHASED)
Deposit: $200, due no later than October 7, with online application
Total Amount Due: $1,300, due by Monday, November 18
Total Amount Due: $2,400, due by Monday, January 6
Total Amount Due: $3,150, due by Monday, February 10
INCLUDED IN COST: Airfare, food, lodging, transportation, Global Team swag gear, international insurance and a donation to the Missionary Host.
NOT INCLUDED IN COST: Health expenses. Global Team staff will update you regarding health details as they become available, More details to follow.

Medical Professionals or a fluent Spanish interpreter
Needed: 3 - 4 medical providers (MD, DO, PA, NP)
Needed: 1 - 2 dentists
Needed: 4 - 6 nurses
Needed: 4-6 Spanish interpreters
Needed: Other Medical Professionals - Physical Therapist, Massage Therapist, Ultrasound Tech, EMT/Paramedic, Chiropractic, Pharmacist

Must be at least 18 years old
==HEALTH==
