REGISTRATION FULL // This team will be traveling to Cuba to be a support and encouragement to our partner on the ground. This Global Team may also participate in: visiting local pastors, supporting their ministries through: prayer, evangelism, marriage ministry, children's ministry & minor repair projects. ==PASSPORT==
For Global Team registration to be approved, passport verification is required. This entails a color copy of your passport or verification of an ordered passport. Your passport verification can be emailed to megan.colvin@rivervalley.org. or dropped off at our Central Ministries Office, Attn: Megan Colvin

==REGISTRATION==
Opens at 12 noon on Monday, February 5 and closes Monday, February 26. Registration for the team is on a first come, first served basis; To reserve your spot, please submit the online application, deposit and a copy of your valid passport or receipt that your passport has been ordered/renewed.
==COST==
$2,795 in USD
DEPOSIT: $200, due no later than February 26, with online application & valid passport receipt of color copy or verification of ordered passport
2ND PAYMENT: $1050 due by Monday, March 25
3RD PAYMENT: $1900 due by Monday, April 29
FINAL PAYMENT: $2795 due by Monday, May 27
INCLUDED IN COST: Airfare, Visa fee, food, lodging, transportation, Global Team swag gear, international insurance, and a donation to the Missionary Host.
NOT INCLUDED IN COST: Passport fees, and expenses not covered by international travel insurance

==HEALTH==
Consult your personal physician for recommendations. Visit a travel clinic or check out cdc.gov
==INSURANCE==
Your trip cost covers the expense of purchasing international travel insurance. It is unlikely that insurance would not cover something in a situation. Coverage includes giving each person up to $2,000 coverage if a travel delay, which includes COVID situations in the country. For those that would like a bit more detail, please email us for more information.
==REFUNDS==
If you are unable to travel due to a positive COVID test or other medically related issues, we will do our very best to try and refund or credit you as much as possible but please note, that any expenses that have been pre-paid, pre-spent or are non-recoverable to us will not be able to be refunded or credited back to you.
==GLOBAL TEAMS==
Global Teams are designed to help meet the physical and spiritual needs of a specific community. We believe that command of Christ to go into all the world has not changed but we are certainly aware and respect the many challenges that exist locally and globally. We will absolutely do our best to take all the necessary precautions and work with our missionary hosts to adjust to the local guidelines but where there are needs and requests from our missionary partners and hosts, we want to provide an opportunity for those who are willing and able to go and help meet the needs.
